The Café de Flore is one of the oldest and most iconic coffeehouses in Paris. It is located at the corner of Boulevard Saint-Germain and Rue Saint-Benoît, in Saint-Germain-des-Prés of the 6th arrondissement. This famous café has long been a hub for philosophers, writers, celebrities, and tourists alike. It has maintained its Art Deco interior since World War II and serves hot chocolate as well as an array of delicious pastries. The cafe has been featured in various films and is the inspiriation behind the popular Prix de Flore award for young literary talent. An evening spent at the Café de Flore is sure to be full of exciting conversation, good humor, and excellent French cuisine.
