Bow Fiddle Rock is a stunning natural rock formation along the coast of Scotland. It's 15 metres tall and looks strikingly like the tip of a fiddle bow, the origin of its name. It is composed of quartzite, which was originally quartz sandstone and was created during the Caledonian orogeny as two ancient continents collided.
