Zpráva od Tom & Laura

Leith is a historic port district located in the north of Edinburgh, Scotland. Archaeological digs in the area have uncovered artifacts dating back to the 12th century, and the settlement has been referred to as far back as 1128 in royal charters. Popular with merchants and shipowners during the 16th century, Leith was the site of conflicts and sieges from the 15th through 17th centuries. Mary of Guise and her daughter Mary Queen of Scots even made brief stops here. During the 18th century, new industries flourished and numerous public works were established, making Leith a vibrant and modern community with many entertainment options for locals and visitors alike.
